BUCKET ELEVATORS
“HSQ Tech” bucket elevators are designed to convey materials of powder or granular or bulk solids vertically with minimum spillage. HSQ Tech bucket elevators used with continuous (endless) belt with a series of specially designed buckets fastened to the belt. From bulk material spread into an inlet hopper, the bucket elevator scoops it up and then lifts it up and over the head sprocket or pulley into a discharge point.
HSQ Tech industrial bucket elevators are made in a variety of shapes, weights and sizes, all utilizing centrifugal buckets or continuous buckets.

Centrifugal bucket elevators are generally used to convey free-flowing, powdered bulk solids like grains, animal feed, sand, minerals, sugar, aggregates, chemical etc.,. They operate at high speeds and deliver the materials from the buckets into discharge chute by centrifugal force.
Continuous bucket elevators are used to handle brittle or fragile materials to minimize product damage during scooping. They are also used to handle light materials where aeration of the product must be avoided. Continuous bucket elevators have buckets spaced continuously and operate at slower speeds. The continuous bucket placement allows the force of gravity to discharge their load onto the inverted front of the proceeding bucket. The bucket then guides that material into the discharge chute on the descending side of the elevator.
HSQ Tech offers a wide range of industrial elevator designs to select according to the productivity requirements and the characteristics of the material to be handled.
