“HSQ Tech” Bin Vent Filters are designed for filtering exhaust air as material is conveyed into the storage tank, which is mounted on top of storage silo. The filter bag cleaning is done by reverse pulse jet type with the help of solenoid control valves & timer. Exhaust centrifugal fan to overcome the pressure differential across the filter bags, ensuring that pressure does not build up inside the tank.
Wide range of filter media from standard polyester felt to cartridge filters and PTFE membrane, providing 17 to 1152 sq. ft. filter media. Standard bin vent filter assembly available with following criteria;
• Control volts available in 24VDC / 240VAC / 120VAC, Single phase, 50Hz/60Hz frequency.
• Differential pressure gauge kit, reading 0-15 in. WC.
• Quick-opening access door, allowing easy access to the filter bags and cages for cleaning or replacement.
• Carbon steel or Stainless Steel construction with necessary surface finish according to the requirements.
• Optional safety grid, tank mounting flange, and ladder for easy access to the timer board and fan inspection.
